Oven Fried Seafood & Chips

Ingredients:
For Fish
1/2 cup healthy mayonnaise
1 tsp Aged Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp . cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tablespoons of water
1/2 cup flour
3 (6 oz.) cod filets, cut into 1-inch strip
1 cup Panko design breadcrumbs
Non-stick cooking spray

Intended for Chips
1 big baking potato (such as a Russet)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp kosher salt

1. Place the racks inside the upper portion of ones oven and pre-heat it to 450 degrees.

2. Place aluminum aluminum foil over a baking linen and put it inside oven so that it gets hot.

3. Cut your spud into 1/4? circles. Mix all of them the olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, cornstarch and salt.

4. Put the spuds on the baking linen (that should be hot at this point), and prepare them for Half an hour (make sure to flip over the potatoes after A quarter-hour).

5. Mix together the mayo, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, Previous Bay and h2o in a bowl. Keep including 1 tsp of water soon you get the desired breadth.

6. Place the flour and panko breadcrumbs in two separate bowls.

9. Cook the catch 6 - 10 minutes on top rack in your oven. If it is not browned, you can broil that for a minute roughly.
