Steak Taco Recipe Through Jose Garces

Chef Jose is famous for the steak taco’s and today he came on to Dr Oz indicate to give it a “makeover” in order to prove that he can make a delicious steak taco when using healthy ingredients.

Meat Taco Ingredients :

 2 Corn tortillas
 4 oz of of marinated skirt meat
 1 ounces of salsa roja
 2-3 slices of spicy avocado
 1 ounces of stewed black beans
 1 tablespoon of grated Cotija cheese

Marinade instructions :

 4 ounces of skirt steak (slice the actual steak 1/2 inch across grain)
 1/2 cups of extra virgin olive oil
 1/4 cups of Italian parsley leaves
 1 chopped garlic cloves
 1 teaspoon of kosher salt

Dark Bean Stew Recipe

Dr Oz really loves black beans like a healthy alternative in lots of of the recipes which appear on his present. Chef Garces utilizes the black color beans to make a stew also it really looked tasty!

 1 finely chopped red onion
 1 roasted red spice up (deseed, peel, and then dice)
 1 roasted green pepper (peel, take out the seeds, and process)
 2 chipotles en adobo
 2 roasted garlic cloves cloves
 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
 1 tbsp of sugar

 3 quarts of water
 4 sprigs epazote
 2 tablespoons of salt

Salsa directions :

 6 beefsteak tomatoes
 1 garlic cloves

 1/2 pot of chopped cilantro
 2 tablespoons of kosher salt (this is optionally available)

Char the beefsteak tomatoes, garlic clove, onion, tomatillos, and jalepeno about the grill. Except for the beefsteak create all ingredients within a blender for the marinade. Put the steak within a bowl and dump marinade in. Protect and marinate for 30-40 a few minutes in fridge.
For the black beans : Sweating the onions along with garlic in blended oil until delicate. Add remaining ingredients and warm to a boil. Then mix in blender. Wash black beans and set them in stew container filled with water. Add salt and epazote.

Boil until the beans are “almost” cooked and remove from warmth. In a separate large weed heat over high heat. Add puree and cook for a few mins. Add your black beans along with cook thoroughly.
