Yvette informed Dr Oz that she was a 4-5, nevertheless recently her bar stool has been runny, which put her at a been 6-7.

For runny poo, when water makes its way into the colon, it's supposed to get sucked out and about, but doesn’t because it’s experiencing so quickly. This can be caused by artificial sweeteners, allergic reaction, sickness etc… When this happens, you possibly will not be getting enough fibers.
