Dr Oz: Corny Chicken Taquitos & Jicama Guacamole

Dr Oz made a Philippine Fiesta with a Hot and spicy Mango Margarita, Cheesy Hen Taquitos & Jicama Guacamole. Ole!

Dr Oz: Cheesy Chicken Taquitos Recipke

Ingredients

4 D water
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breast (cut in halves)
1 tsp fresh oregano (contains antioxidants)
Six oz Monterey Jack (shredded)
1 tsp chopped chives (increase flavor without the excess fat)
½ tsp salt
¼ teaspoons black pepper
16 hammer toe tortillas (soft)
Canola oil preparing food spray
2 Chemical Jicama guacamole (optional)
Extra sea salt (to taste)

Information

Fill pot having water and bring in order to boil over
Add chicken and salt (to taste) You may also steam, if you like
Provide boil and then decrease heat
Cover chicken and simmer for 15 minutes (chicken should be tender but fully prepared)
Remove chicken via pan and eliminate chicken into lean strips or cubes
Combine chicken, parmesan cheese, herbs, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl
Casually heat tortillas on griddle
Place thin reel of filling lengthwise about tortillas and then roll snugly
Use toothpicks to risk-free roll
Lightly apply taquito with cooking oil
Do it again with remaining elements
Bake filled taquitos inside cooking pan for as much as 10 minutes (taquito should be fantastic brown and slightly crispy)

Serve along with Jicama-Guacamole (optional)
Dr Oz: Jicama Guacamole Recipe

Components

2 C finely chopped jicama (low in calories and high in vitamin C)-gives the dish a good crunch
2 Tbsp clean cilantro, chopped
1 H tomatoes, chopped (rich in antioxidants)
2-3 diced Serrano chiles
½ C red onion (carefully chopped)
1 finely chopped large grape
Juice of ½lime
One teaspoon salt (to preference)

Combine all substances in a bowl along with stir.
Dr Oz: Spicy Apple Margarita Recipe

Ingredients

Four oz tequila
Only two oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 oz orange liquor
6 oz unsweetened mango juice
½ tsp chili powder (revs up metabolism)
Ice cubes

Directions

Blend tequila, lime veggie juice, orange liquor, apple juice and soup powder in a mixture shaker
Add the ice-cubes
Cover and wring until chilled
Place the combined chili powdered ingredients and salt upon a plate
Squash a piece of lime round the rim of the goblet
Rim the edge in the glass by urgent it into the blend
Pour margarita into a wine glass (hurricane style)
Garnish rim with lime green wedges and chili powder
Add a dust of salt to help taste
Dr Oz: 7-Layer Fat Combating Dip Recipe

Materials

4 C lettuce, destroyed (high water content helps you eradicate system) (Layer #1)
3 medium ripe avocados (mash in addition to mix with 2 tablespoons lemon juice) (Layer #3)
1 can black espresso beans (Layer #4)
3 chopped tomatoes (Layer #5)
One particular ½ C Greek yogurt (mix yogurt having 1 package taco spices mix-low sodium preferred) (Layer #2)
2 cans cut olives (Layer #6)
8 ounce cheddar cheese (2%) (Layer #7)

Instructions

Place lettuce at the bottom with the bowl
Add a stratum of each
After all layers have been added, dust the cheese on the top
To cut your calories from fat, alternate between the celery stick and a whole-grain computer chip
