It comes in powder, supplement and noodle form. Position the powder into your environmentally friendly drink or a breakfast time shake. (Protein shakes are good too!) In noodle form, eat that like regular noodles. (Dr Oz warned to chew the idea slowly because it possesses mass to it.) Go ahead and take supplement with a full glass of water.
